Spotlight

I have been trying ot create and searching for a Spotlight video I could overlay into my video. The best way I can describe it as is it would be simial to the Chicago Bulls entry when all the lights are off and the spotlight is moving back and forth on the court. Of course I only want the lights with a black background. Any Ideas on where I can find these or how to create this? I am using Ulead Video Sutdio v8.0.
