Shut downs, error messages, freezes

I have never been so unhappy with software. The program freezes, in the middle of working on transitions I get an error message and the program shuts down. If I don't save after I do one or two I loose everything. The slide bar just starts going crazy, won't stop, runs from first pic to last pic until you close and return to the program. There are limited templates, you can't add random transitions to the entire show, you have to do each picture separate if you want a variety. I have requested a refund but Ulead will not respond to a refund. Ulead is a large enough company to refund if they have a totally dissatisfied customer. With all the problems with Picture Show 4, I would think they would take it off the market and either refund their customers or give them a free upgrade to one of their other products regardless of cost. I have been so frustrated. I had a 50th wedding anniversary DVD slideshow to complete and I had planned to do DVD slideshows for the family this christmas but that just isn't going to happen now. It takes me forever to do just one, with all the restarts, error messages, etc. Thanks I needed to vent my frustrations with this program. If anyone knows what I am going through and can help, please, I need it! Thanks

Sass, I'm sorry. Please do a search for my other posts to see how to make your anniversary slide show happen in time. In short, go on-line and buy Pro Show Gold 2.5. You won't regret it.
PS. I wonder how long Ulost is going to let me promote a competitors product? Oh well, too bad for Ulost.
