I've finally managed to burn my slideshow to a DVD. Everything is working fine, except that all the photographs are in black and white.
I've tried to find out why this might be, and looked at the knowledgebase (seemingly empty!) and posts on this forum. The only thing I can find is that under Preferences (and then the Output Settings tab), there are some options. I have 'United Kingdom' selected since that's where I am, but it's still B&W. There's an option that reads 'Apply color filter' which is unchecked. Should this be checked or can anyone suggest what I should do?
Thanks
Aaron

What additional information would you like?
The disc I wrote the slideshow to is a Sony DVD+R (DPR120N2).
A work colleague has tried playing the DVD on a much more expensive DVD player (don't know the make but it's supposed to play anything); he gets it in color but only the first two or three images in the slideshow at best, before it freezes. He doesn't get the accompanying music (which I do on my player).
I burned it at 32x speed (the default setting) and am wondering whether burning at 4x speed might solve things.

Just for the record (this might help someone else with the same problem), my DVD player has a setting on it where you can say you want to display colors in RGB. I changed to that (other DVDs had been playing fine previoulsy, mind you) and not I get my slideshow in full color. I hope this helps someone else.
