Failed to load template file

Hi!
I completed creating a movie and want to burn it to DVD, with a menu. In the "create disc" window, I select "add/edit chapter" (with "create menu" selected) and go on to create chapters. When I am done I press "OK", and then "next" in the "create disc" window. I then get the message that it "failed to load the template file", and can't seem to get my project divided into a menu. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Hi, I am having exactly the same problem. No problems with VS8 but have just upgraded to VS9, downloaded the suggested files but no luck. I thought it might be a faulty download so did another download and installation but still no luck. I am sure I must be missing something simple. Have you got it sorted yet?
