No progress for 10 hours when burning project

I was trying to burn a project on a dvd using Ulead VideoStudio 9 by the option;create discs. A movie actually, and it was like forever! I waited for another 10 hours but nothing happened. It doesn't seem like the PC crashed, the CPU's usage was not that much, but still no progress was made after it reaches 12%. It was the time when it was converting the movie title or something like that. Is it something wrong with my PC or is it because there's a bug related to this software? Really appreciate any of your help
