Previewing Slideshow

Using PS2 and so far can't find anyway to speed up the review process. I make an adjustment to timing of music, etc., perhaps halfway through the project or beyond---and then have to play through the entire slideshow to verify the changes. Consumes too much time. Anything in the program to correct this? Thanks.
