Slideshow Pauses

Hi Newbie here, I hope this is not a dumb question. I have been using MF3 for a few weeks now and just recently have experienced a problem with slideshows. It appears MF3's clock hangs up and causes the slideshow to outlast the music even when selected to match music lenght. These pauses are different in place and length each time throwing it out of sync in the slideshow. If anyone knows how this can be fixed or has any ideas I would be happy to try almost anything.
