SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! error message VERY annoying!!!

Hello, i wonder if anyone can help me. Everytime i open Ulead Photo Impact an error message pops up saying "Invalid Easy Pallet gallery information file import galleries manually." Does anyone know what this means?! ive had the program for about 2 months and it has never come up before?! I have tried uninstalling all of its components and installing them back on my computer from the CD but this hasnt worked!! please help its very very annoying!!! thanku !!!!
