History: I am using Videostudio 9. I have recently installed a new Nvidea Gforce 5500 video card and 512 megs of ram memory to my already existing 256. I have an 80 gig hard drive and my video projects have used all but 8.7 gigs of hard drive space. I have an external hard drive that I am not using at this time. My projects all live on my c: drive, including the spotware. I have also either deleted all necessary files or removed software that I wasn't using to make more space available on my hard drive. I have everything off my c: drive that I can remove safely. I have also cleared my recycle bin, temp files and internet files.
Problem: I can't burn to my DVD. I get an error messaging saying that it "Failed to Reuse Converted Cache File (4570).
Can anyone advise me on this? I'm afraid to pull any of my projects to the new hard drive for fear of unlinking.

HI
I have the same problem - Video Studio cannot burn Disks unles you follow a specific recipie _ Even then I have given up.
You weill find instructrion elsewhere , but basically save your project -and create a Movie file to disk (VOB files etc - also have nothing in the time line - that is close down and start again and just click share disk -
After I have done this I use Nero to creaet a DVD disk - - I have probably missed a gazzillion steps but the recepie is else where and very good -- Good luck
