Create a new menu as starting point for older video's?

I have over the past couple of years authored from scratch several DVD's of our holidays. These include menu's & chapters. Most of these video's are fairly short. Is there any way to take the entire file structure of these video's & using DVD MF 4 just add a new starting menu which would have thumbnails on it what were linked to the first menu's of these older video's?

No you would have to create a new DVD from your original files.
You could have a look at DVD Remake. It claims to do what you ask though I haven't tried it myself
