Hello,
I recently acquired ULead video studio v4 and ran into the 1024x768 minimum resolution startup problem.
I run an HTPC to my HDTV with 720P resolution. I can change the resolution temporarily to 1024X768 but it looks crappy due to my fixed resolution LCD display. It looks like the application doesn't take up the full 768 vert resolution, and will probably fit in 720 ok.
Does anyone know of a command-line or registry setting which will override the mimimun resolution error?
Override for 768 minimum resolution?

I'm not referring to editing/playing video formats. I'm referring to the fact that Video Studio will not launch when the active display has a lesser vertical resolution than 1024X768 (such as 1080x720), even though it should fit fine.jchunter wrote:AFAIK, Video Studio 4 can't handle high def formats such as 720p. You will have better luck if you upgrade to version 9 and download the HDV plugin.
