how can I burn the project file on the disc in VS 7?

Does anyone know how to put a copy of the project on the DVD disc when creating a disc. I want to be able to use the project off the disc to make changes if necessary in the future so I do not have to keep the video on my hard drive. I have Ulead DVD picture show 3 and I am able to burn the project onto the disc.
