Yup, the Smart Download program is one screwed up entity for sure. I purchased PhotoImpact and VideoStudio and the program doesn't work on either one. I sent a couple e-mails and the problem still wasn't solved....now I think they are ignoring me

Who's ignoring you, the tech support? Are you sure you sent the proper email via the tech support form?

Also, when requesting for assistance either from the web board or tech support, please give a full description of your problem. What version of PhotoImpact and VideoStudio do you have? For PhotoImpact, download the additional components from this link:
