Crashes during processing

During "Compiling Media & Navigation Data" (step 4 of 5) DVD Workshop crashes. I recently installed PictureShow 4 on my PC and it constantly crashes; I wonder if it has caused this problem. Workshop has never failed before this and I've burned 40-45 movies. Any feedback out there?

I'd start by testing your theory. Use system resotre to go back to the point befor the installation of PictureShow and see if it works ok again.

I had crashes when I fed Workshop a corrupt MPEG file. (I played-back fine... the corruption wasn't apparent.)

You might experiment with a video file from one of your previously successful projects.
