Error Please Help!

hi everyone, ive installed ulead dvd/cd pictureshow 4.0 before on my computer and it was working fine.. i recently had to reload my o/s (winxp) and then after a successful reinstall of pictureshow i try opening it and it gives me an error message saying 'G Key Error' .. any ideas how to fix this?
