CD DVD Pictureshow Burning Problem

I am having trouble burning a cd. The error is:

Fail to build the disc image file.(13)
Class ID: 09F7f25c-5cee-470d-bc0d-cd3bf97c804b
Function ID:3
Line umber 74.

The first cd I burn. works great. but the second on I can get to burn. I have the latest patch install.

Can someone please help!!!!
