Increase the volume of a video

Post by michele »

Hello, i have a problem, in a my video acquired with a camcoder and a external microphone the the sound increase and decrease because the jack of microphone is damaged. So there is a function with videostudio or mediastudio to increase the volume when is necessary and it's possible to do it in an automatic mode?

Thank you at all.

In MSP, you can normalise the sound, but I don't know how it would cope with intermittencies. However, the audio timeline can be put in waveform mode and you can easily drag the volume up where you see it is low. Better still, MSP has an audio editor which will offer even more flexibility.
