Straight to DVD

When using the 'straight to DVD' feature on movie factory 4, I get an error message when I start the capture, saying that the capture and project format (PAL DVD) are not matched. If I go ahead with the capture, another error message tells me that because of the mismatch, conversion may take a long time. Then the program crashes.

Because of this, I cannot use 'straight to DVD'!

The capture card I am using is an Osprey 500. Please help!
