Patch 1 for VS9

I have downloaded USV9Full_Patch1_5in1.exe and get an error 'not enough memory' when I try to run it. I have 768MB of RAM in my machine. Anyboby know what the problem is?

A simple question first, to try to rule out the more obvious: did you re-boot your computer and, without loading VS9, try re-installing the patch again?
