I have downloaded the whole program, 321 MG 4 times. EAch time the installation process fails.
It asks what folder I want to "save" the program in. It is always the folder I downloaded it into.
Then it goes through the steps of extracting the data and says it is finished and installed. There is nothing there.
When I try and load the Extra Content it says you have to have the program loaded first.
Help, Help. I can't get technical support because you need a serial number and they didn't send any with the download.
I can still get the trial version to load and work but not the one I paid for.
