Has anyone transferred videos to new ipod with vs9?

Dear all,

Very simple question, has anyone exported a home made video in ipod mpeg4 format and it then work on their new ipod photo? with sound and picture?

If the answer is YES then I will upgrade to VS9 from VS8 which does not support this function.

Surely someone has at least tried to put a video on a shiny new ipod?????
