Error: Change Template Failed

I just purchased and installed Pictureshow v4. Only a very few templates seem to be working for me. When I try to change to most of them, I receive this message -- Error: Change Template Failed.

Any suggestions?

Your DPS 4 might not be installed properly, and you might need to remove and install it again.

Thank you. Uninstalling / reinstalling the software seems to have done the trick.
