Help with my B/N Digital camera

I just bought a digital camera. How do I register it with ULEAD? I cant find the model listed on their web site, but I do have the serial number. I installed the CD ROM last night, and TONS of information is coming up on my screen.... Where do I start? I took several pictures - but could not figure out what to do next - I took the batteries out to test 'em, and LOST all my pictures. I tried to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE for assistance but that 'page' says I have to register my camera first before they will answer any questions. I can't register without a make/model/serial number.... So, I CALLED the company on the telephone, and they said I have to call another number for customer service. I am ready to throw this digital camera away.... Can anyone help? Davohhh

Ulead is a software company and does not sell any hardware devices. Please contact the manufacturer of the camera and ask them the questions.
