Motion Menu dilema

I have a 2hour movie that I produced which should bring my movie to be about 4-6gb, but the motion menu is only 3.5 minutes and has mini motion TV buttons for each scene in the movie also which is set to loop 10 times. I am wondering why the final file it outputs to is 15gb. Is it due to the motions of each of the little scene files on the motion menu? Or is it due to the loop set at 10 times? Maybe tonite I will try and set it at infinity and see what happens if I take off the motions of each chapter OR maybe i will limit each menu button loop to a 3.5 minute loop also. I just linked the buttons to the scenes which are about 20 minutes each. I wonder what is the difference when major productions when they use motion menus...

I have used the Workshop on 5 other movie productions but those end sizes turned out to be 8gb to 9gb and I used DVD Clone to reduce the file size to fit to a normal DVD-5 which ouputs the quality at 55% in this case, but I am seriously thinking of burning this to a DVD Dual Layer to send to my manufacturer...

Any help in my minor dilema would be appreciated...
