Please help, I am importing DVD video taken from a DVD camcorder. I insert the mini-DVD into the DVD ROM player and I select the VIDEO_TS and import the different video clips just fine but when I am ready to burn or save the project all I get is "Operation Error"
I have burned some .WMAs to DVD no problem.

Operation Error when trying burn DVD or create ISO
Several users have had problems importing DVDs from camcorders & stand alone recorders. Apparently the Ulead codecs are picky about the file format. 
Try searching the forums... maybe search for "DVD-VR".
I don't know what the answer is... But, I'll suggest some things you can try.
- If your camcorder came with software, using that software to create a regular MPEG or AVI movie file.
- Download the trial version of Video Studio 9. It has improved DVD import. (Well, at least the user interface is improved. )
- If all else fails, look for a program that can create an MPEG from a DVD. I had some luck with a free program called SUPER.
