VS 9 Upgrade

I have purchased the VS 9 upgrade CD, please can any body tell me if this overwrits VS 8. Thank You

No it does not - at the end of the install you will have both versions on your computer - THIS IS A GOOD THING - since it will allow you to slowly migrate from 8 to 9 and maybe drop back to 8 to use a function you are not sure of in V9.

Once you are sure V9 is running smoothly you can if you wish delete 8 but many of us keep more than one version on our PCs permanently
