What to do error 4570: failed to reuse converted cache files

thx man, but I was talking about the error I keep recieving (4570) failure to reuse converted cache files. Does anoyone have any clue on how to rid this problem.

Depending on how your source files were created is a probable cause.

What is the frame size and frame_rate of the source material?
What is the video bit rate of the source material?
What are the audio properties of the source material?

Are you working with FAT32 or NTFS drives?

I cleaned out my temp folder in c:\windows\temp and it cleaned this error completly. I can now burn DVDs. Oh guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The SAME problem still exists about the slideshows not working if you put audio tracks and transitions in. It's a CRAP program... I think that is my final opinion. I can get the DVD to burn if I remove the transitions, but when it gets all done, the DVD plays but does NOT have audio with the slideshows. I love this program and how easy it is to use, but if you CANNOT get a working DVD at the end of the process, then the program sucks. As far as support, there is NONE! THe links are broken, but you would not know that because the server that houses them keeps going down. 2 TImes this week, I could not even get to www.ulead.com. Looks like I need to invest in a real DVD program. Sorry Ulead. You just lost a customer.
