Uninstalling/reinstalling demo

Hi,

I recently downloaded the Try Before You Buy demo of DVD MovieFactory, and after resetting my machine and running the launcher app, I get an error box saying "System OS has updated please reinstall DVD Movie Factory launcher". However if I go to add/remove programs, I can't find an option to uninstall it. If I run moviefactory directly from the start menu I get an error saying "A key error". The program starts, but anything I try to do (such as add mpgs) results in error or an outright crash. If I run the installer again, it says that MovieFactory is already installed, so I'm back to square one. I can't contact technical support about this as they only take questions from registered users, so I'm hoping that someone here can help me. Any suggestions?

I think the demo program's anti-piracy "features" prevent you from re-installing it.

In order to re-install one of Ulead's demo programs, I had to re-format my hard drive and re-install Windows to remove any traces of the previous install.
