CD & DVD PictureShow 4 Locks UP

I constantly get "..... has encountered a problem and must shut down" while working in PictureShow. Sometimes I don't even get started and it shuts down. Sometimes I get as far as 10-20 pictures and it shuts down. I've written to Ulead but haven't heard back and unfortunately I have a special occasion coming up quickly and need to get this done.

I'd be so grateful if someone could help me

You need THE PATCH. You've gone the right route, asking Ulost, but considering how many people have this kind of problem I'm not surprised they haven't got back to you. If you are really in hurry, find the user Bryave and ask him for the patch. If you are really really really in a hurry, try downloading the free trial version of Photodex ProShow Gold 2.5. You'll have to pay for it to get rid of the banner but IT WILL WORK, first time out.
