I receive the following error when trying to create a DVD using MovieFactory 3.0.

"The disc is not empty, or there is no disc in the device"

I'm using a Pioneer DVR-A07 DVD/CD Writer with Memorex DVD-R 8x discs.

I'm a true novice. I'm not sure if blank DVDs need to be formatted before use? I received the above error when using a blank DVD right out of the package. I also received the error after formatting a DVD using DLA.

Not sure why this worked. But it did.
I created an ISO image first and then copied to DVD.

Remove Sonic DLA and then it should worked.
