Smart Download won't work

Smart Download won't work

I'm trialling VS9. Installs ok but when I try to use Smart Download to access the goodies I get a message on the screen saying:
"Smart Download"
Cannot get URL for push file
and a coder 2010:2600:869

Any help appreciated
