I'm working with Ulead since VS7. Have had some problems in the past while upgrading. Mostly solved by members of this forum. During that days it was hard even getting a reply from the Ulead support.
While upgrading to MSP8 from VS9 I had problems and contacted the help-desk. I got repsonses (!) and finally they solved my problem.
