Problems burning dvds

I have just bought this program (moviefactory 3 disc creator) and I am having problems burning dvds. Can anyone help me out? I keep getting an error message about not being able to reuse cache. Whatever that means.

Have you downloaded the update packs here?

Maybe you can download the patch files and see if the problem still persists. By the way, if you still get the error, please tell us the video properties. It looks like DMF3 can't reuse the converted video titles.
