I installed Cool 3D Studio and when exporting the video I click Options and when I click "AVI" tab, Cool 3D Studio crashes. Does anybody know why? Some codec installed wrongly or?

Some unstable audio/video CODEC is in your system I think. Use AVICodec to know what CODEC is in your system.
