No audio during capture on VS7

Dear supporters
Unable to get audio during capture.
The audio is been recorded I can hear it on the captured file.
I have a USB device for capturing from the VCR (GRABX+)
I have installed all drivers correctly.
2.4G CPU, 512 RAM, Intel baord with on board sound card.
