PS 4 Error

Hi, I am attempting to burn my very first Pictureshow 4 DVD. I have tried to burn 3 different times, all with no success . The program stops and I get an error message...."has experienced an error and must shut down". It always stops on (Total Progress bar) 71% and (Detailed Progress Bar) 100%. I'm ready to pack these two expensive programs (I have PhotoImpact 11 also although I haven't had time to try it because of all these PictureShow problems. HELP Someone!

Hey Nonie, you were in the right place to begin with. Ignore the Aussie jerk. The problem you are describing is a Known Ulost problem. Get with their tech people and eventually they will send you a link to patch your brand new software. Isn't that special. Or, look for user bryave who might have the patch available. Good luck. Ps. I'm having the same problem. If you have any luck getting answers, please help me as well... thank you! I think this will be GREAT once we get it figured out.

Hey GoodChick, unfortunately it is figured out. You need the Ulost patch from their tech support. If you have the full version of PS4.0 they will help but based on what I read here it may take a while for them to get back to you. You might want to seriously consider other products which work perfectly out of the box and don't need patches. Look at my posts, and you'lll figure out what I'm talking about.
