DIVX v6.0 exporting problem

I have WinXP Pro SP2 , P-4 2.4GHz , 1 GB Ram.. Intel Mobo. & Media Studio Pro v7.3

1) After I install Divx Pro codec (version 6.0) , UMSP can´t find the codec to export video into avi. Does some1 know why / how can i fix that ?
Version 5.2.1 works fine , but 6.0 can´t be detected.

2) Is it there a way to export video + audio using MP3 audio at higher quality than 56Kbps/stereo ? that´s the max quality for me now and it is very poor .

This is a problem with the DivX 6 codec.

I downloaded the DivX 6.0.3 and it is now recognized by Ulead software.
