I also use Firefox and Zone Alarm Pro. I reduced my Ad Blocking to medium and System magically appeared. Could be some other factors that may cause interference.
FYI, I have Zone Alarm (not Pro), and reducing the ad blocking to medium works for me too. I agree with Ken Berry re why write it that way, and think I'll keep it at max unless I want to see the system button.
