VS8 Daylight Savings Patch

I downloaded the VS-8 Daylight Savings Time patch to a temp file, but it would not install --error message "Unhandled Exception" Error # 0x80040707. Discription: DLL function all crashed: ISRT._WaitonDialog. Anyone know what going on?

I think your patch file is not downloaded properly and might get corrupted, maybe you can check:
