No more DVDs burned in the PAL format

So, I've burned a few PAL DVDs and a few NTSC DVDs with ULEAD on the same DVD drive

. Now, the PAL DVD format crashes after the MovieMaker reacher 1% of Preparing Video Title Data

. No worries with NTSC by the way

. Any ideas about this? Is it the software? Is it the hardware? thoughts welcome.

Please feel free to disregard my last post, I just updated moviefactory and it's plain sailing...

It's still at 1% but the converting video title % has gone past 13 to 31... anyway, I'm off to bed and I'll post the outcome in the morning.
