I found this tutorial:

But for the life of me, I cannot find out how to access the "Componet Designer". The instructions say, "Open the Component Designer by selecting Web: Component Designer or by pressing [F12]. "
I can't find out where "Web: Component Designer", is ?? And F12 does absolutly nothing.
Can someone help me out with this?

I think you are trying to find it in the wrong program. It is not an element of VS 9 but of Ulead's other program, Photo Impact!
