Anyone know how to get smart download in PI 10 to work?

I installed PI 10 esd and do not have any objects or paths or shapes or anything in the easypallette. when i click on the item that i want to use in easypallette, smart download starts up. I check the box for the item that I want, smart download runs, but in the end says that no items were downloaded. I've tried disabling my firewall (zonelabs) but still have the problem. Any ideas on how to get smart download to work? Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks -JWME

Smart Download isn't stable. Download the components manually from http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd1.htm
