DVDWS2 w/ 23.97fps Telecined Content

Heya,
Does anyone know how to get WS2 to properly mux and tag NTSC content that has been encoded at 23.97fps (29.97 internally / Telecined)? The MPEG I provide DVDWS is perfect, and all applications (inc WS) play it back correctly. WS doesn't re-encode it, but after muxing to Vob the content plays back at ~15fps video with normal audio and natrually goes nuts.

Anyone got a workaround or a patch to fix this? Doesn't seem like a big thing for WS to detect properly flagged video in an .MPEG and set the proper flags in the VOB to play back Telecined material.
