Your Computer specifications - Size of Processer (eg Pentium 4, AMD Athlon 2400 etc) The amount of RAM you have installed. The Size of your hard drive(s) and amount of free space.
The Video you are trying to burn, tell us something about it, What format is it AVI or MPG. What bit rate are you using. How did you get the video into your computer in the first place (Camcorder, TV Card etc) and how was the device connected to your computer (USB / Firewire (ieee1394))
What did you do to the video after you got it into your computer - have you edited the video such as cut bits out, inserted transitions.
We can only work on what information you can give to us.
