Please help

I am using Media Studio 8 trial - and have somehow managed to stop the Preview window from working whilst the Mpeg is rendering. Can somebody please tell me how to turn the " Preview whilst rendering " back on

This is just a guess, but you might have turned on 'instant play'. Check the very last icon under the preview window. If it is surrounded by a light blue box, that is most probably what happened. Click it to turn off instant play.

Ken - Thanks very much for your reply. I have tried to render with the button on and off ( with and without the blue ) on Instant Play - but still to no avail.

If I Press the Play button on the fixed preview window to the left at the top of Video Editor - it previews perfectly so I dont think it is a problem with the install.

When I go to Create Video File and select my MPEG options - the file starts to render - but at the top of the Preview window which pops up it says Preview 00:00:00:00 and just stays on this reading and the preview window remains blank.

The file however is rendering below as I can see the elapsed time etc all moving. It is just simply the display in the Pop Up Preview window I have lost.

Any more ideas please ?
