Help Needed

Can anyone help I have just purchased the VideoStudio 9 as a download but what ever I do I cannot see any templates only the christmas one, I have done the smart downloads and the first one to install came up that I needed to install Ulead and they all disappeared. I have tried to load them from program files but I am having no luck in seeing them. What am I doing wrong does anyone know?
