Newbie... Probs w/UGA5 optimization

Just got UGA 5 Full. My problem is that when I go to save the final gif I get the error message of 'unable to finish GIF Optimization process'. What am I doing wrong here?

Are you saving from the "File" menu at the top, or by using the Save button at the bottom right of the Optimization section of the Workspace? I would recommend using the latter.

Try saving from the Optimization tab and tell us if that works.
