Ulead Instant Viewer: Scrollbars?!

I cannot find how to turn on the scrollbars for the Ulead Instant Viewer window. How can I display the scrollbars? Is there an alternate navigation method. Dragging the hand over and over is not sufficient. I am sure the designer of the application tested the application with images larger than their desktop resolution.

Under File>Preferences>Viewer. make sure the box is "Ticked" in "Resize large images to fit screen."

There are a lot of other changes you can make here.

Bob, Thanks for the tip. That is not the option that would help me. That sets the zoom to fit large images to fit on the screen. I want to be able to zoom into an image and scroll around without repeatedly grabbing and sliding with the hand.
