Calendar Question

I am looking for a program that can produce Calendars and also able to save them in a high resolution jpeg file. I used to have an early version of Ulead photo express which was capable of producing calendar files although at a low resolution 72 pix/in, which was not suitable for printing.

Can someone inform me if the latest version can still make calendars and save them at a high resolution (something like 300 pix/in)?

Photo Express 4 certainly does what you ask which I use but I had a look and it looks like U-Lead Photo Explorer 8.5 may be what yiou are looking for. here is the code for the site.

Photo express 4 has changeable resolution, if you click on enhance and then resize you will find a button for changing the resolution in the pane about 2/3 of the way down.
