After burning DVD, picture is blank but audio on playback

I just burned a VS8 project unlike any other VS projects I have made, only this time when I try to play it the screen is blank and I only hear the audio. I burned the project including the built-in Ulead dvd player on the disc, and that runs just fine audio and video are perfect. Roxio player, Windows Media Player, and WinDVD have the same blank screen error. Can anyone tell me what could possibly have gone wrong? I have never had this happen and burn lots of analog to digital transfer videos quite a bit.

Is it blank only during computer playback? It might be your system isn't recognizing an mpeg-2 decoder (but the included Ulead DVD Runtime Player would have its own builtin).

Try downloading the trial of PowerDVD to see if it will playback your disc...

I tried PowerDVD, and it wouldn't play the video either. The DVD works just fine on a regular home DVD player. What an odd occurrence. Never had this happen with Videostudio before.

You might try running Sherlock to see if any of your system codecs are corrupt or mising...
